When I first joined TBSL, I wasn't even sure why God had called me to pursue leadership in this way. I'm the kind of person who loves a plan, and there was no clear "end goal." TBSL helped deepen my faith and trust in God, and as I kept saying "yes," He led me through the two-year program. Not only did I get through it and finally came to the "end goal" of being on staff in our Creative Department, but I loved every moment of the journey. I grew closer to God, learned to hear His voice, developed a stronger prayer life, gained practical knowledge on leadership in and out of ministry, AND had so much fun. The time I spent at TBSL was priceless: a journey filled with wisdom along with unbelievable growth! This program equipped me to showcase skills I wasn’t even aware of, and it led me to become a better leader and pastor.

My time in this program was nothing short of transformative. It not only deepened my walk of faith but also sharpened my leadership skills. I wouldn’t be the leader I am today without this experience. Now, as the Director of this program, I have the privilege of discipling others and paving the way for their leadership development and growth in faith!
